Telephone Services
Located between Hale 3 and Hale 5 near the Physical Plant Offices. Telephone Services is under the direction of David Lee who is assisted by Ramond Brothers. Together they provide telephone headsets, connections, and fax capabilities to the university. In September 2007, Telephone Services and the Networking team started deploying IP phones on campus. We are pleased to announce the majority of the campus is now on Cisco IP phone system. We are also pleased to announce our first IP Phone Training went very well. A total of 75 faculty, staff, and student workers attended the training. The trainers covered some of the cool features of the IP phones such as Call Pickup, MeetMe, Directories, Voicemail, call history and etc. You can check these url below for more information:
