 Important Notice:
      Client Services Hardware Shop does equipment repair (computer, printer, etc) on BYU-Hawaii campus and church owned equipment only. 

ON-WARRANTY CAMPUS REPAIRS   
      Hardware Shop is a Certified Dell Service Center. Our technichians are certified by Dell to service your Dell computers and printers. Depending on the availability of the part needed to service your computer, please allow us 1-3 business days.

       We have a limited support for Apple computers. If we are unable to repair your equipment, we contact a third party company to service your computer.  Please allow this kind of service 1-2 weeks.

      This service repair is free of charge as long as your equipment is still under warranty. or computer hardware issues, please contact your CSR or you may call CSR Hardware Shop at (808) 675-3686. Repairs are made between 8 a.m and 5 p.m.

 OUT-OF-WARRANTY
        Out-of-warranty equipments are charged parts and labor. The labor rate is $75 per hour with a minimum billing of 1 hour labor on all orders. Please allow this kind of service 1-2 weeks to repair and obtain parts.

PERSONAL COMPUTERS
      Client Services DOES NOT offer service repair on personal computers. Please contact your equipment manufacturer for technical support.
