Connect to BYU-Hawaii Wireless Network

HOW DO I CONFIGURE MY COMPUTER TO USE WIRELESS?
If you know how to configure a wireless connection, then the SSID is 'byuh' without the quotation marks.

STEPS TO CONFIGURE THE WIRELESS CONNECTION:

1. Right-click on My Network Places and go to Properties.
2. Right-click on Wireless Network Connection and go to Properties.
3. Choose the 'Wireless Networks' tab. Make sure the 'Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings' check box is checked.
4. Under the 'Preferred networks' section, click on the 'Add' button.
5. Type in 'byuh' without the quotation marks in the Network name (SSID) field.
6. Make sure under Data encryption, it is disabled.
7. Click OK.
8. Click on the 'Advanced' button and choose the 2nd option and don't check the 'Automatically connect to non-preferred networks.'
9. Click the close button and close the remaining network windows.
10. If there is a wireless connection, you'll receive a message showing the signal strength at the bottom right hand side of the screen.

Now you need to authenticate (login) from a Web browser using your Net ID and password. You will be redirected to an authentication screen, and prompted to enter your Net ID and password.
