BYU-Hawaii and Networking Services maintain a robust wireless data network throughout our campus. This network provides mobile access to the Internet. Based on 802.11a/b/g technology, the wireless data network is constantly being expanded and improved to meet changing demands.

Problems?

If you have any questions or have difficulty getting connected to the wireless network, please contact ITI Help Desk at ext. 53921. When submitting a trouble report, it helps to have the following information available:

• Name, Number, Room, Port Number
• Date and Time problem occurred
• Nature of problem
• Any error messages that were displayed
• Physical location at time problem occurred (building, room number)
• MAC Address of wireless adapter
• IP Address
