Media Resources and Scheduling Services

Located in the Library at the counter directly across from the main entrance.

Media Services provides an invaluable service to the university by delivering multimedia equipment needed for class instruction, presentations and special events. A typical example of a scheduled request would be to deliver, setup and test, projector, microphone, computer, VCR/DVD to a classroom no more than 10 minutes before class but not less than 5 minutes before class. Often, there are several requests for the same hour of instruction.

Media Services is also responsible for managing the distribution of a wide variety of items ranging from small cables needed for connecting special equipment, to very large video equipment.

Media Services (ext.3855) employs one Full-time manager, Dawnell Ieremia (ext.3857); two Supervisors:  Kaala Lindo and Sam Kinikini; and 14 student workers.

Media Services hours of operation are: M-Thurs. 7am-12pm, Fri. 7am-8pm, Sat.9am-9pm.
