Enterprise Solutions

Located between Hale 3 and Hale 5 near the Physical Plant offices, Enterprise Solutions(ES) employs John Call (ext.3275) and Mario Gancinia (ext.3655) who help install, configure, manage, and maintain the data equipment that supports the university. Requests for program improvements that require server systems should be directed through Enterprise Solutions. They will spec out the required resources needed for the project and provide a virtualized server.

All systems are housed at the university data center where they are protected by long term uninteruptable power supply, fire suppressant, and appropriate cooling systems. Enterprise servers are also placed in a DMZ to lower the risk of malicious activity. Users are given remote access while ES retains an administrator account for maintenance purposes.
